- Product Description
We procure Guntur Mirchi and manually process them to make sure the flavour and taste is not affected.
The Mirchi powder is made by manually pounding them using pestle (Rokali). Machine processing usually leads to high temperature, which burns the flakes of Mirchi and which would eventually make it lose its flavour and taste.
Even though it is a tedious process, we make sure to follow the same to bring back the original taste.
We never adulterate it with rejected Mirchi, which is usually done in the current market to increase the margins.
The Mirchi powder is granular/ flaky, which depicts the process of manual grinding.
We directly procure Mirchi from the farmer without middleman and manually grind it. The farmer is paid better price compared to the market.
